Super lovely work day.

What a great day to be working under the open sky of southern Oregon! In this image are a couple of my unpruned apple trees, the massive Fielder Mountain, part of the vineyard and a superlative mid-winter sky.

This has been a great work day for killing blackberries, hauling off junk and other odious tasks. Unfortunately it's not a burn day or I could burn up some pruning waste and blackberry vines.
Notice the delightful little cloud keeping guard over winter on Mt. Fielder. Days this lovely make me wonder where she is and what she's doing. Is she enjoying the wonderful sky? I certainly hope so.
